I constantly had to call for updates, I was charged for a recall, when I arrived to pick-up my vehicle, the service writer hadn’t finished the paperwork even though they assured me the vehicle was ready for pick-up. My car was a mess with left over materials of the work that had been done. The recall work was done well and the car has no issues turning on now, I do appreciate that. I will be contacting Chevy in regards to being charged for recall work.
came in for service and the problem was not solve took it to my mechanic and he was able to solve the problem. The worker gave my vehicle a wrong diagnostic and my mechanic did not found anything was wrong with my vehicle.
I was impressed the amount time Javier (Customer service Representatives) help me to get the Car fix right away because he was not feeling well ( sick) but took his time so I can back on road . Thank you for having him as a team Members CHEVY .
