After my car being out of comission for almost a month after them looking at it the manufacturer had to contact them to give a discou t on the repair because my car is only 3 years old and the turbo went on it. I was only 5000 miles over the warranty. They told me it would take for the most 4 hours to fix it ended up taking more than 8.
Mr. Antonio Jaminez was a very experience sales rep. He was very patience, he explained the different options that were available to me. He showed me how the equipment in the latest vehicle is different from my last car. That was one of the reason I requested him because of my previous experience with him.
Tony my salesmen was knowledge The credit department was guick and accurate in there credit check. The vehicle I wanted was in house Was going to renew my lease with Ford but your lease and rebates made the deal
I brought my car in for an inspection and indicated I would like to know any issues with the vehicle. I was only advised of 3 items that needed repair. The maintenance and customer service we received was sub-par. One part could not be immediately replaced, the oil in my car was flushed and replaced halfway with used oil, and when I left with my half-fixed vehicle, additional problems, such as the check brake light occurred. When returning two weeks later to have the additional part repaired that I was waiting for, I was basically told that the additional issues were not Major World's problem. We were dealing with a Manager at this point, and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. To add insult to injury, the person working on my car BROKE an additional tube that was needed for connection, thereby leaking the anti-freeze and the only resolution offered was for him to go to Home Depot and maybe find a roundabout solution that may or may not hold a vital piece of my car together. When my husband advised that we were not satisfied with this response or level of customer service, we were then directed by the same manager to walk over to the main lot and "trade the car in for another one."
