It was a very pleasant experience. Usually my other half brings in the Chevy however this time I came myself. I was worried about being there too long and not being able to pick up my grandson on time. I mentioned this to the staff member Carmen, and, to my surprise I my auto was serviced quickly and I was out the door in less than 45 mins. Thank you for such impressive service!!!!
I use Major because I bought car new from there, the shop is extremely busy but you get in early and wait to speak with service advisor, he lets you know exactly what will be checked over & worked on, and all is done by end of the day, all was satisfactory.
I came in at 8am to have my car diagnosed. The technician didnt come in until 10:30am. I was there until 4pm. It wasn't until I asked when would my car be ready that they started working on my car at 4pm. The Korean technician became verbally aggressive with me after I told him that I had been sitting in the waiting area all day and it was now 4pm and nothing has been done with my car. He aggressively told me that I could take my car if I wanted. I told him that I wanted the job completed . He then cranked up my car and put it in the waiting area without completing the job. I asked him what was he doing? He said " you can complain to the manager, what are they going to do, gire me". Then he left without a word. I stood there for another half hour and he never returned. My past experiences with Major world have been favorable. I have purchased 3 cars from you but I will not be returning for service ever again.
