The fact that you have to make an appointment just to service your card, they are closed on the weekend, and if you arrive after 3:00pm they won?t take you, and the wait can be a bit long when you get to the shop, as a customer you have to miss a day of work just to service your card, cause the average people work 9-5p Monday Thru Friday, and you miss your appointment then you have to wait another week and a half or two just to schedule a new appointment

Very friendly staff! Chris and Javier are awesome. Even when wait times are longer than usual, everyone there is very helpful . No complaints, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family/friends.
