I had another appointment at 930am on june5. i got tjere before 930 am the car id not move till after 1039am. I was then told that it would be another 45 minutes untill they could get to me.since I had other things to tke care of I left and made another app. for june 14.this time was a little better but since I had to wait for apart to be delivered, I was out by 1pm. now that's from 845am to 1pm.Don't you think that a little too long? thats over 4 hours.......
I bought a car this month the seventh and I’ve been in the shop three times with the same problem they sold me a car with the back up camera not working correctly side mirrors was broke and they gave me no key had to spend 100+ dollars the car had A Terrible smell that still in there after to detail wash they gave me a loaner with not even a quarter of tank of gas also has a terrible smell and had garbage in the backseat I am a very dissatisfied customer Smh
It was good.....I was surprised to learn there was a build-up but it didn’t show on the Onstar diagnostic report they send me every month regarding maintenance and issues with the vehicle. That’s cost $160 outta pocket.
My appt started right on time -- no waiting. The check-in staff was efficient and very friendly. Javier, my service co-ordinator, was also very helpful, friendly and responsive. The whole transaction took less than an hour, and the pricing was exactly what was quoted when I initially made an inquiry.
